You will report directly to the Commercial Manager and have access to a long list of employment benefits and support.If you are a Senior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager with experience working for a head contractor, please give me a call on 0421 116 107 to discuss further.Roles and Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager will include:Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsMentor and manage a team of Contract AdministratorsReview, negotiation and finalization of subcontractsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimAdministration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsAdministration of the project HSE systemMinimum Requirements:To be considered for the role of Contracts Manager, you will require:Degree qualified in construction management or equivalentExperience in financially managing commercial new build or fitout/refurb projectsKnowledge of the Melbourne construction market and subcontractorsStrong attention to detail and proven communication skillsAbility to competently lead a team financiallyMinimum 6 years experience in the Contracts Administrator spaceExperience mentoring/managing CA's or CadetsYou are an established Contracts Administrator with a goal to become a Contracts Manager/Commercial Manager in the futureIf you have any questions relating to the role or any other opportunities with D&B and our clients, please contact Kade Brakey on 0421 116 107 or email ****** or click apply.
