Contracts Coordinator

Are you skilled in contract administration and compliance? WQPHN seeks a detail-oriented Coordinator to drive effective service provider contract administration across Western Queensland.
About the Role You will:
Oversee contract compliance and reporting for commissioned service providers.Manage the Open Windows Contract Management System, ensuring all contract documentation, invoicing, and reporting milestones are met.Support contract procurement activities, pre-qualifications, and tendering processes.Maintain strong relationships with service providers and contractors to ensure smooth contract execution.Provide regular compliance reports to support organisational contract requirements.The Right Person The ideal candidate will bring:
Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in contract management, ideally within a health funding/commissioning setting.Proficiency in preparing clear business communications, including reports, budgets, and correspondence.Strong self-management skills, capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision in a dispersed team.Excellent relationship-building skills, including negotiation and training abilities.High-level expertise in Microsoft Office (SharePoint) and Open Windows, with a knack for learning new systems.Ideally, this critical role will be based within the WQPHN region in Longreach, Mount Isa, Winton or Roma; however, applicants are welcome to apply from across the state. Hybrid work-from-home arrangements also apply. The remuneration package for this role includes attractive tax-exempt salary packaging options.
