Salary: Starting salary $97,347 - $121,332 plus super

The role The Contracts and Procurement Lead is accountable for implementing, reviewing and providing guidance and support relating to contracts and procurement functions. The role is focused on delivering exceptional internal customer service and will balance the need for cost savings with the need for quality and reliable procurement decisions. You will also lead and manage a small workgroup.
What you'll bring Proven experience in procurement and contracts management, including leadership roles.Understanding of Victorian Government Purchasing Board policies.Experience in the management and improvement of contract processes and frameworks.Well developed skills in probity or compliance assessment processes and managing contract management risk.Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.Freedom We offer a variety of flexible arrangements to suit our employees' varied needs and the business, including purchased leave, varied start and finish times, working from alternative locations, part-time work and accrued days off.
