Contracts Administrator / Sales Representative

BD Building Projects are a leading carpentry company specialising in residential and commercial carpentry projects across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. With a reputation for quality workmanship and excellent customer service, we are looking for a contracts/client manager to join our team and help drive our continued growth.
Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from lead generation to contract closing, while ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff. You will work closely with the operations and recruitment team to grow our clientele to meet our business goals, manage client relationships, and optimise our operational processes.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Identify and pursue new business/clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees and subcontractors.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operationsCoordinate with project managers to ensure staffing needs are metQualifications: Proven experience in a sales and/or operations management role.Experience within the construction industry preferred but not essentialStrong understanding sales strategies.Excellent communication skillsWhat We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and dynamic work environment.Job Type: Full-time
