Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator with a background in commercial fit-out projects?

Thanks to a number of newly signed contracts, we are looking for Contracts Administrators to join an expanding team of professionals.
Contracts vary from office refurbishments, retail fit-outs, and government projects including education and healthcare facilities.

You'll have a clear progression path with your choice on whether it's a route to Project Management or a route to Senior CA positions.
You must have experience working on quality refurbishment and/or fit-out projects, whether that's in commercial, retail, hospitality, or government jobs; education, healthcare, public buildings, etc.
This opportunity requires a background and involvement in one or more of these areas.
With a strong pipeline of current and future projects secured, the bids team always has work at tender to keep you busy.
You will support the project team and work closely with Project Management to deliver results and ensure jobs run smoothly.
Job Description Oversee compliance with all contract obligations, confirming adherence to agreed terms.Prepare and issue contract modifications, proposals, and amendments.Draft and review contractual terms, covering specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.Calculate project variations and prepare the necessary documentation for approval.Support pre-construction planning by providing insights and expertise in early project phases.Review trade compliance agreements and assist in planning for equipment and resource requirements.Coordinate proposals and tender processes for prospective subcontractors.Supervise subcontractor performance to ensure project objectives and critical milestones are met.Keep detailed records of all contractual communications and updates.Hold contractor meetings to address contract issues as requested by the Project Manager.Produce and present project status, financial summaries, and progress reports for management and clients.Identify and report any scheduling adjustments, updating project timelines as required.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum of 2 years experience as a Contracts Administrator in the Australian fitout/refurb construction sector.What We Offer: Competitive Salary & BenefitsProfessional development and career advancement into Project Management or Senior Contract ManagementJoin a leading commercial company with a great portfolio of projects and stable, future workload.Apply today with your up-to-date resume for immediate consideration.
