We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to join a leading Builder in the Port Macquarie region.
With already established operations in Vic, QLD, SA, Tas and NSW, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer/ CA to join a growing organisation and forge a career path towards Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the near future.
You will be working on Commercial Building projects across NSW, such as Education, Defence, Industrial & Hospitality, valued from $2M to $20M.

Working closely with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project programs and schedules.
Support the pre-contracts team to develop tender submissions.
Manage stakeholder relationships including authorities, subcontractors and internal team members.
Assist with the management of Contracts, including progress claims, variations & RFI's.
Support the management and monitoring of WHS practices/policies.
Provide weekly/monthly reporting on project status, including forecasts and timelines.
Supporting on-site personnel with general administration and documentation as required.
About you To be successful in this role, you will need:
Demonstrated knowledge working on Construction projects in a similar capacity.
Relevant qualifications including Bachelor of Construction Management or Project Management or Civil Engineering.
Proficient in MS office suite, particularly MS project.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a positive teamwork ethic.
Ability to travel as required to sites across NSW.
