We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to join a leading Builder in the Port Macquarie region.
With already established operations in Vic, QLD, SA, Tas and NSW, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer/ CA to join a growing organisation and forge a career path towards Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the near future.
You will be working on Commercial Building projects across NSW, such as Education, Defence, Industrial & Hospitality, valued from $2M to $20M.

Working closely with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project programs and schedules.Support the pre-contracts team to develop tender submissions.Manage stakeholder relationships including authorities, subcontractors and internal team members.Assist with the management of Contracts, including progress claims, variations & RFI's.Support the management and monitoring of WHS practices/policies.Provide weekly/monthly reporting on project status, including forecasts and timelines.Supporting on-site personnel with general administration and documentation as required.About youTo be successful in this role, you will need:
Demonstrated knowledge working on Construction projects in a similar capacity.Relevant qualifications including Bachelor of Construction Management or Project Management or Civil Engineering.Proficient in MS office suite, particularly MS project.Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a positive teamwork ethic.Ability to travel as required to sites across NSW.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply online with your most recent resume or contact Mel Evans at Verve Partners on 0416 129 042, ******.
