This role will give you the opportunity to work on the Gold Coast's largest infrastructure project.This is an opportunity to join a Tier 1 infrastructure company working within our Queensland business, working with high profile clients and great sub-contractors.BenefitsHybrid working environment with the opportunity to WORK FROM HOME 1 day a weekAnnual pay review and discretionary bonusCareer Development, Strong Culture, Inclusive and Support EnvironmentStrong commitment to economic, environmental, and social progressThe OpportunityWe're seeking an individual who can help us continually enhance our Contracts & Procurement processes, spot opportunities early, and ensure that our contracts management team is a high functioning team, minimizing risk and maximizing gains.Key Accountabilities:Full contract lifecycle management, from pre-award negotiations to post award management whilst ensuring Acciona policies and procedures are adhered to.Reviewing tenders, drawing up sub-contracts in line with the head contract and on-boarding successful subbies.Maintain a secure document repository by scanning and storing all sub/contracts in line with our business protocols.Provide invaluable support to the project team in managing subcontractor and supplier payments, ensuring compliance with contract terms.Collaborate with the project team to ensure subcontractors adhere to all subcontract terms and maintain a register of variations.Capability and ExperienceTertiary qualification in Commerce, Legal, Engineering or relevant discipline or extensive demonstrated work experienceMinimum 4 years experience in a similar role, ideally in infrastructure, building, construction, energy or manufacturing highly desirableExperience in successful application of contract systems and procedures so that tracking and reporting is accurate to inform decisive and positive actions in the management of cost and forecast.If you feel like you meet some or all of the above criteria, apply now; we would be happy to reach out to you if we need further information on your experience.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and promote equality and diversity.
