We have seven sites across QLD and NSW, with great opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced and supportive workplace.Matrix Steel is seeking a highly organised and motivated Contracts Administrator to join our head office team in Bundaberg. In this role, you'll provide essential support for contract facilitation and project administration, working closely with our Hervey Bay team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and support to our internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Support Shed Sales teams with customer contracts and paperwork.Collate and organise certification paperwork.Manage and coordinate the purchase of insurance and licenses for shed installation projects.Liaise effectively with internal and external teams to facilitate project requirements.Organise and compile relevant documents and agreements.Skills & Attributes:Proven experience in a similar role or related industry.Highly organised and action-oriented.Skilled in managing competing priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player.If you are looking to become a part of a supportive and driven team that focuses on customer service and safety with a fantastic culture, please Apply Now.
