Contracts Administrator

Michael Page are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator role for a highly respected mid-tier builder based close to Brisbane CBD.
They specialise in the delivery of commercial, industrial and government projects up to $20m in value.
An immediate start is available however starts in December or January are also negotiable.
Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the industrial, commercial and government sectors.
This includes both new build, refurbishment and fit out projects up to $20m in value.
As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025 and as such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.

Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projectsHigh level of computer literacyExperience with modern construction software systems e.g.
