Contracts Administrator

Michael Page are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator role for a highly respected mid-tier builder based close to Brisbane CBD. They specialise in the delivery of commercial, industrial and government projects up to $20m in value. An immediate start is available however starts in December or January are also negotiable.
Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the industrial, commercial and government sectors. This includes both new build, refurbishment and fit out projects up to $20m in value. As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025 and as such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
Writing scopes of works
Negotiating and letting sub-contracts
Involvement with monthly cost reports

Profile
Selection criteria will include:
Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects
High level of computer literacy
Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills

A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $120-140k + super
Opportunity to progress to Project Management within the next 18-24 months
