Our operations are highly systemised, ISO accredited, and we specialise in key sectors such as healthcare, education, government, workplace, laboratories and retail.
With a robust pipeline of projects, we're expanding our team and looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join us.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing success and be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team.
The Role As a Contracts Administrator at Decocorp, you will play a critical role in supporting the project team.
Your key responsibilities will include: Managing procurement and negotiations to secure the best outcomes for our projects.
Ensuring diligent head contract and sub-contract compliance.
Overseeing project financials and delivering detailed cost management and reporting.
Coordinating with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should bring: Experience : A minimum of 4 years in a Contracts Administration role within the commercial construction industry.
Knowledge : Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with a solid understanding of the Security of Payments Act.
Expertise : Previous experience with lump sum, Design & Construct (D&C), and Construction Management (CM) contracts.
Skills : Proficiency in project financials and exceptional negotiation abilities.
Mindset : A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the capability to thrive in an autonomous environment.
