Are you a detail-oriented professional with commercial construction experience? Do you have a passion for construction and contract administration? We are seeking a dynamic Contracts Administrator to join one of Queensland's leading builders and developers in their commercial division. 

In this role, you will provide high-level contracts administration support, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of residential housing and commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities:Efficiently manage contract administration for each project, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.Prepare and agree on progress claims and variations.Generate cost reports and cash flow forecasts.Develop and maintain comprehensive project registers.Maintain meticulous records of all contract-related correspondence.Collaborate with the team to develop effective on-site work programs.Monitor and manage all financial aspects of contracts to ensure projects stay within budget.Negotiate pricing with subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.Provide detailed monthly reports on project progress, financial status, and WH&S compliance.Conduct cost and tender analysis.Organise and submit necessary building approvals, inspections, and certifications.Assist with maintenance and warranty issues.Source quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.Continuously suggest improvements to processes and systems for the development and construction of new home designs.Perform other duties as directed. About you:A minimum of 2-3 years of contract administration experience in commercial construction.A tertiary qualification in a construction-related discipline or a minimum trade qualification in construction. Experience working with Jobpac and procurement experience is ideal.Construction Induction (white card) certification.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner.Ability to develop strong relationships and work effectively within a team.Exceptional time management and organisational skills.A focus on achieving targets and delivering quality results.Strong attention to detail.A positive and proactive attitude.Who are we, and what's next?
