Job Description Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
Preparing, evaluating, and managing tender and proposal processes, including drafting documentation, pricing submissions, negotiations, and terms and conditions reviews.Reviewing variations to standard contract terms and conditions, preparing responses to mitigate risk and liability while achieving favourable commercial outcomes.Maintaining live contract validity through the Customer Contract Register, including managing variations, claims, supplier performance reviews, and pricing reviews.Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and external regulations.The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Proven experience in end-to-end contract management within engineering, construction, or similar industries.The ability to work autonomously with a diverse contract base.Strong technical skills in tender processes, risk assessment, and contract negotiation.Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in law, engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field.A collaborative and professional approach to working in a small team environment.What's on Offer This role offers:
