The Opportunity:The Contract Manager administers the transition of contracts from the Public Private Partnerships components of this major project, from procurement and planning to operational phases of the contracts. You will also support the broader PPR team with complex procurement and contractual activities.Key Responsibilities:Review and provide advice on policy and guidelines to internal stakeholders with respect to procurement and contract management for capital projects delivery.Provide high-level expert contract management advice to a range of internal stakeholders on associated requirements and timelines as well as oversee compliance policies to ensure adherence.We are looking for:Ability to provide authoritative and expert advice and comprehensive reports; develops and implements accurate and timely systems for monitoring and reporting.Knowledge of complex capital procurements, the Project Development and Construction Management Act 1994, the Financial Management Act, the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, and use of Buying for Victoria platforms.Experience with managing any variation and modifications to contracts, including any benchmarking and market testing in accordance with public policy and the contractual arrangements.Application Process:To learn more about the opportunity and view the full requirements please download a copy of the Position Description.Please click the "Apply" button to submit a copy of your resume and a cover letter expressing your interest and suitability for the role.We don't want you to miss out!
