This role will be split into two main functions: one half will require you to review head contracts, explain risks and opportunities to delivery teams, and provide support to the more junior contract administrators.
In this key role, you will also be directly involved in any potential commercial issues requiring review, i.e.
disputes, variations, notices, etc.

The position then extends to a more diverse and strategic role which will involve helping grow the business.
As part of the executive team, you will be responsible for helping to secure new opportunities.
You will also develop bid strategy, coordinate bid teams, review risk/opportunity, and manage new market strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will hold tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and/or have business qualifications.
You will also have at least 3 years' experience working as a Commercial/Contract Manager and have a contract administration background.
