Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our team.
As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks. This is a critical role that requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Duties:
- Review and analyse contract terms and conditions, scheduling plans and length of term.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Prepare and draft contracts, including amendments and addendums
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service dates are completed in line with the clients agreement & British Standards
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation includuing all engineer service reports & remedial repairs
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contract management (training provided in house where required)
Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in contract management software or tools is preferred

The successful candidate will be expected to travel to client sites, mostly based in London. This will be required on average 1-2 times per week with the remainder of the time being office based.
Travel expenses will be covered for any site visits.
