Contract Aged Care Manager | Nr Murray BridgeWe are seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager to join our agency for an 8-12 week contract near Murray Bridge.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and work closely with clients and their families to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities: Day to day operational management of the facility.Develop and maintain individual care plans tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and best practices in aged care.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing any concerns promptly.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care services.Monitor and evaluate service delivery to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Aged Care, Nursing, or Healthcare Management.Previous experience in a managerial role within the aged care sector, preferably in an agency environment.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of aged care regulations and industry standards.Requirements: AHPRA registration.Full working rights.Current Police Check.COVID and flu vaccinations.If you're interested to hear more about this position then please reach out to Aruna Macleay for a confidential chat on 0483933518 or email ******.
