Contract Administrator | Tier 3

Our client is a proven and hugely successful D&C builder having delivered a vast number of projects throughout their trading history in Victoria to time and standard.  

Cultivating a reputation for quality, this builder strives to achieve client satisfaction time after time.  Project scope is diverse and has typically included apartment & commercial projects valued between $20m - $40M.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules Progress claim assistance and external variations Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants Administer the project HSE system To be considered for the position of Contract Administrator you will be required to have the following Strong and proven track record on Apartment projects. Previous experience working on multi-storey apartment projects ($10 m+), commercial and retail projects will be highly regarded.
