The Builder: A Lucrative and Respected Tier 2 builder who are looking to move into Tier 2 projectsDetailed new builds and refurbishments in the Commercial, Health, Education and Government marketplaceStrong client base, enabling the builder to work on some of Melbourne's most Exclusive and Exciting ProjectsProjects Range from $5mil to $70mil+The Role: Leading commercial input into procurement & preparation of subcontract docsNegotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administrationAbility to interrogate progress claims, contractual claims and variationsEnsuring effective commercial and risk management proceduresEnsure accurate weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting of project costsPreparing, compiling and submission of variation orders & contractual noticesPreparing head contract deliverablesLiaising and effectively communicating with consultants, subcontractors and all stakeholdersAbout You: Building or Engineering related degreeProven track record on similar projects locallyMinimum 3 years' experienceFull working rights in AustraliaIf this role sounds like you, please give Ryan Wakelin a call on ******** or click 'Apply for this job'
