A new project has led to BADGE Construction looking for a professional and hard working Contract Administrator or experienced Project Coordinator to join our team based onsite in Colac VIC. About you: To be a successful candidate at BADGE, you'll be a highly motivated and adaptable individual who builds effective and lasting relationships.

You will also be adaptable and committed to learn our systems and processes, including the use of CHEOPS.
Responsibilities of a CA include: Preparation and submission of variation orders & contractual notices;Preparing head contract progress claims & reports;Assistance in project cost reporting & forecasting;Liaising and effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors;Negotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administration;Ability to interrogate contractual claims and variations;Knowledge and implementation of AS form of contracts;Responsibilities of a PC include: Prepare, implement and maintain a QA Master Plan and submissions register for all building trades and ensure that it satisfies our contractual and quality requirements.Coordinate and supervise all site visits and inspections to be undertaken by technical supervisors, testing agencies, consultants or client's technical representatives.Assist in ensuring full 'as constructed' compliance with the agreed scope of works for each trade package and document any variations accordingly.Assist in the coordination of critical building activities in conjunction with the Site Manager with key stakeholders, including submission of work plans, services interruption notices and the like.Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with contract documents, and the relevant building codes and regulations.Assist with the preparation of detailed Handover / Commissioning / Decanting Plans as required to suit the clients requirements and the staging of the works.Manage and coordinate the preparation of all completion documentation, statutory approvals, building certification, engineer's inspection reports and the like, strictly in accordance with the contract documentation and other client requirements to facilitate provision of the Final Certificate.What being a BADGE'r is all about: We're looking for individuals aligned with our vision and values.
