in their Perth head office, starting ASAP! About The Role

This is a permanent position for a CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR or SENIOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

initially to work on a remote $22m highway construction project in WA's Pilbara region. You will be required to support the project management team throughout the delivery phase of projects in order to protect the company's commercial position by assessing and managing risk throughout. Your responsibilities will include preparing and managing progress claims and EOTs, Delay Notices (NoDs), assessment of subcontractor variations, and management of all related contractual correspondence. This role will appeal to an intermediate to senior level CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

with around 5+ years' experience who is looking to remain in the Perth metro region (no FIFO), while working for a prominent national construction company. You will provide your commercial/cost management expertise to manage projects and scopes of work that will span civils, road construction, or mining projects. On offer will be a terrific salary of CIRCA $150-155K Base + Super , which will reflect your existing level of experience. Skills, Qualifications And Other Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management/Quantity Surveying or Law Approximately 5+ years of civil/industrial construction experience as a CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR / SENIOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR or Quantity Surveyor Solid experience on civil/road infrastructure projects for construction contractors in Australia such as earthworks, drainage, roads/highways, industrial developments is preferred Demonstrated experience as a CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR/SENIOR CA managing claims, variations, EOTs and Notices of delay, for civil/construction contractors Strong all-round communication skills and attention to detail Currently Perth based with existing rights to work in Australia
