About our ClientOur client is a well-regarded property development and construction company specialising in mixed-use, residential, RSL, and hotel developments.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a site-based role and the successful candidate will contributeto contract administration, procurement, costing, and financial reporting for our projects. Preparing tender documentation for trade packages. Coordinating with tenderers. Supporting the preparation of scopes and negotiation of subcontracts. Assisting with document control alongside the design team. Helping to administer head contract and subcontractor progress claims. Assisting in the preparation and response to head contract and subcontract variations. Setting up and maintaining project control registers. Aiding in authority applications and liaising with relevant authorities. Contributing to the preparation of monthly cost reports and fulfilling other head contract obligations. About you Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering. Preferably 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Familiarity with contract administration. Solid understanding of construction practices, methods, and materials. Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software. Benefits Great pipeline of projects.
