Contract Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a leading residential apartment builder.As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and optimizing financial outcomes. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, you will play a key role in procurement, subcontractor management, and cost control.Key Responsibilities:Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.Prepare and review subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and variations.Manage procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and awarding contracts.Monitor subcontractor performance, progress claims, and variations.Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate commercial risks.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts.Requirements:Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry, on high-rise residential projects up to $50 million.Sound knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and relevant legislation.Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite.Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.If you feel you meet the above brief and requirements, please forward your updated resume.
