They operate with large project teams, which supports a better work life balance and impressive staff retention.The RoleContract Administrator - As the CA, you will be responsible for managing all the financial outcomes for the project, from procurement of trades, progress claims, close management of variations and more.You will administer and manage the cost reporting process and work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on Design issues and remedies.You will be based out of the Gold Coast office and/or site.The ProjectYou will be the lead CA on a Luxury beach front, $70m apartment tower with direct beach access at the southern end of the Gold Coast.About YouMost importantly you will be a humble team player!The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 1 or 2 contractor and will have 5 years + experience working on similar size projects.You will be well entrenched in the local market with strong consultant and subcontractor relationships.You will be confident operating autonomously as a Contract Administrator and demonstrate the initiative, energy and integrity to want to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.RemunerationThere is a salary package of up to $200k + Super for the right candidate.If you would like to have a confidential conversation, send your resume through to ******
