Are you an experienced Contract Administrator seeking your next opportunity?
Primary objectives of the position:Provide administrative support to the estimating teamSend out tenders for estimators (plans and specifications)Preparation and lodgment of tenders by closing date/timeScanning and filing of plans, specifications and all related correspondence into systemsCreation and maintenance of files for subcontractorsCompile information and create project reporting requirementsEnsure Project Budgets are being met & or bettered within Procurement ProcessPromote & encourage a positive HSE culture & implementation throughoutSkills and experience required:Previous experience in similar roleCurrent Drivers LicenceProven organisation and time management skillsStrong attention to detailHighly proficient & capable in the following IT systemsHave a strong & comprehensive understanding of the Construction industry both in a Residential & Commercial capacityWhat we offer:Fantastic workplace cultureWe have an exciting Employee Benefits platform offering exclusive discounts on retail and healthcare as well as discounted gym memberships and novated leasing options.Access to Commonwealth Bank Workplace banking benefits.We engage and reward our employees with a monthly value's awards program and recognition in our newsletter.If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to contribute to the success of a growing company, we invite you to apply.
