Are you an experienced Contract Administrator seeking your next opportunity?
Primary objectives of the position: Provide administrative support to the estimating team Send out tenders for estimators (plans and specifications) Preparation and lodgment of tenders by closing date/time Scanning and filing of plans, specifications and all related correspondence into systems Creation and maintenance of files for subcontractors Assist in developing Project budget requirements Compile information and create project reporting requirements Ensure Project Budgets are being met & or bettered within Procurement Process Promote & encourage a positive HSE culture & implementation throughout Skills and experience required: Previous experience in similar role Current Drivers Licence Proven organisation and time management skills Strong attention to detail Highly proficient & capable in the following IT systems Have a strong & comprehensive understanding of the Construction industry both in a Residential & Commercial capacity What we offer: Fantastic workplace culture We have an exciting Employee Benefits platform offering exclusive discounts on retail and healthcare as well as discounted gym memberships and novated leasing options.
