One of our key clients have just secured a state of the art $100M University Build in Melbourne's inner suburbs and are now keen to meet with candidates with 5 – 10 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role; Senior Contract Administrators are also welcome to apply to this role.

Typical Responsibilities:
Preparation of Variation orders & contractual Notices
Preparing head contract progress claims & report
Assistance in project cost reporting & forecasting.
Preparing head contract deliverables.
Liaising and effectively communicating with clients, architects, and consultants
Assistance with review and negotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administration.
Prepare Request for Further information (RFI) to Architect/Project Managers
Preparation of Scope of Works and request quotes from Subcontractors and suppliers
About You
Tertiary qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
5 - 10 years of proven commercial experience, ideally on projects north of $50M.
Local experience within similar sectors is a strong advantage
Highly motivated and proactive
Experienced with Australian Standards and Building Codes, and relevant health and safety legislation and its implementation.
