About the role: Our client is looking for experienced call centre candidates that will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone and email) and aim for first-call resolution.
You will possess the confidence and ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include: Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions using your knowledge of products, services, and industry legislation.
Resolve issues, respond to complaints, and capture feedback.
Engage in proactive outreach via outbound campaigns.
Complete administrative tasks and support operational efficiency.
Maintain customer data, ensure compliance, and meet performance KPIs.
Participate in training and contribute to team success.
We are looking for: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience in customer service and conflict resolution within the superannuation/insurance industry or the like.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
RG146 compliant or commitment to undertaking study.
A friendly, people-focused attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
