Part-time Position - MUST be able to work Mondays, no Thursday shift - other days flexible. Minimum 22 hours per week over 3 days.Full-time Position - Monday to Friday 38 hours per week, rostered shifts.Take inbound calls and deliver top-notch customer service to both existing and potential customers.Provide accurate product information and update customer records efficiently.Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement.Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills.Be flexible with working hours, including availability between 8 am and 6 pm and occasional public holidays.What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in customer service (call centre, office, retail, or hospitality backgrounds are welcome).Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.Familiarity with Customer Management Systems/Databases.Proven teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred previous experience in a Contact Centre environment.Join Our Team!
