Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team at NCR. This is a full-time position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed- Monitor customer interactions and ensure that all inquiries are resolved in a timely manner- Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall satisfaction and retention- Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to other departments within the company- Collaborate with other managers to streamline processes and improve efficiency- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care
