Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Construction Laborer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, particularly in pool construction and related works. This is a full-time, ongoing position with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, a valid driver's license, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities: Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, with a focus on pool excavation, installation, and finishing Assist with all phases of pool construction, including site preparation, laying materials, and finishing work Operate power tools and heavy machinery related to pool works (such as compactors, trenchers, and concrete tools) Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as required Ensure work is completed to high standards and in accordance with safety protocols Collaborate with skilled tradespeople and contractors to ensure smooth site operations Perform site clean-up and ensure all materials and tools are properly maintained Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction labor, with specific experience in pool construction preferred Experience in operating equipment and tools commonly used in pool works Strong understanding of construction safety standards Valid driver's license is required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and safely Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for overtime and weekend work Immediate start available Potential for long-term growth within the company How to Apply:
