Construction Industrial Project Manager

Private construction company looking to employ an experienced project manager for a large industrial project at Yatala, 4207.About Us:We are a private, family-run local company, constructing projects for ourselves only without any clients or external parties to answer to. We specialise in the construction of large industrial factories and high-end architectural homes.Constructing on the Gold Coast since since 2004.The Role: As the Industrial Construction Project Manager, you will:Take complete control of our latest industrial development, which will be under construction for 7-10 years. You will only be working on this 1 project, having complete control. Utilize your extensive experience in industrial construction project management to plan and oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.Ensure projects align with agreed-upon plans, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.Supervise and collaborate closely with onsite foremen and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.Foster positive relationships with subcontractors and manage their involvement in the project.Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and specialists to optimize project outcomes.Manage subcontractors' costing and quoting process and meticulously schedule all project components.Working directly with the owners of the company and property.Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial construction.Comprehensive understanding and capability in planning and executing all phases of the construction lifecycle.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships and collaborate effectively with onsite teams and subcontractors.Proficiency in budget management, timeline adherence, and quality control within the construction context.Ability to quote subcontractors and effectively schedule project activities.What We Offer:Long-term stability with a single project commitment spanning 7+ years, offering a set location for ease.A collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.Directly working with owners of company and business, with no delays or middle management.Negotiable on items of interest to the employee. Growth in the company. Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
