Manufacturing Team Member/All Rounder - Tiny Homes Roomi is a rapidly expanding company with ambitious goals for this year. We specialise in constructing small transportable buildings for various purposes, with a particular focus on meeting the demands of the tiny home/granny flat market. Due to tremendous demand, we are scaling up production at our Brisbane factory. Recently, we have completed a factory expansion. We are now seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Manufacturing Team Member/All Rounder to join our team.
Responsibilities: Final clean and defect check of prefab buildings both internally and externally, ensuring the finished product meets the highest standards. Perform general factory cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying rubbish bins. Notify management when cleaning supplies or stock is running low and require reordering. Report any quality issues with tiny homes to the Factory Foreman, ensuring they are addressed before delivery. Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless and efficient cleaning and delivery schedule. Perform general manufacturing/factory duties where required. Requirements: Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management skills. Physical ability to perform cleaning and manual handling tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting. Schedule: This is an ongoing casual position (up to 40 hours per week) scheduled around or within the normal factory/production hours (6 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday).
