Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for Site Supervisors, assisting with various tasks and providing office support for all construction projects.Deliver efficient and professional administrative services to the construction and management teams, including WHS support.Foster customer and subcontractor relationships, emphasizing safety and quality.Manage and understand council processes, liaising with local authorities throughout construction projects.Oversee construction files, support applications, and coordinate connection works during construction.Provide support to fellow employees and staff, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.Assist with other duties as required by the Building Manager/Business Owner.While prior construction experience is not essential, we value business administration skills and familiarity with Xero and bookkeeping.
