About You:
Have a minimum of 1 years management experience in Retail Experience in managing a team of 2 – 4 team members Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations Have the ability to identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
