ABOUT THE ROLE Due to the continued growth of our business, we are seeking an experienced Concrete Leading Hand/Concrete Finisher/Concrete Formworker to join our team.
The applicant will need to have a strong concreting background with competency in all aspects of concreting and structure packages (Form Reo Pour) from start to finish.
You must be an expert in reading plans and setting out jobs.
You will take control of the daily running of projects and coordinate your team whilst delivering quality work in a safe and timely manner.
Applicants will need to have the following qualities: In depth knowledge of all aspects of concreting, formwork and steel fixing and delivering structuresExcellent communication, leadership and organization skillsBe reliable, honest and hardworkingThorough knowledge of Workplace Health & SafetyMust have a White Card and driver's licenseDuties include, but are not restricted to: Supervise day-to-day operationsManage quality control, productivity and safetyStrong ability to deliver projects within time and budgetIconic Structures are committed to creating the best possible working environment and nurturing the growth of our employees.
