You will be one of the first people our guests will see and one of the last when they leave.
You will need to operate our hotel buggies safely and efficiently whilst driving our guests around the resort, have knowledge of the local area, its attractions as well as be able to lift and move luggage and trolleys.
Duties of a Concierge include:
Welcome guests and visitors to the Hotel, creating the ultimate guest experience from arrival through to departure.Deliver guests in a timely manner around the hotel resort using hotel vehicles when requested.Assist guests to and from rooms with luggage.Deliver guest amenities timely and efficiently.Assist guests with bookings for local attractions, restaurants, and bars.Ensure the lobby and public areas remain clean and presentable at all times.Skills & experience Current Drivers Licence is required to drive hotel vehicles including buggies.Strong background in customer service is preferred.Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure.Team player, with flair for guest experience.Impeccable attention to detail.High level of professionalism whilst on duty.Availability to work a flexible roster across 7 days including late nights & Public Holidays.Must have the legal right to work in Australia.**Only shortlisted candidates will be considered.
