Job Description Ensures timely and seamless service when dealing with guest requests, providing proactive, knowledgeable, engaged service to all Guests.Handles transportation accounts and billings and ensures all Concierge equipment is accounted for and is in good working condition.Recommends hotel services, facilities and products such as hotel loyalty program and other marketing programs.Qualifications Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a luxury hotel is an advantage.Excellent communication, presentation and knowledge of the local area such as attractions, landmarks and events.Strong working knowledge of Opera and MS Office Applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
