Concession Store Manager - Yarra Trail

The role: Yarra Trail is looking for Concession Managers to lead the teams at our NEW Yarra Trail David Jones Queens Plaza, opening in September 2024. This part-time leadership role involves working a two-week rotational roster (24-29 hours/week), maximizing sales, leading day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the team, maintaining operational excellence, promoting wellbeing, recruiting and training team members, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications include retail leadership experience, enthusiasm for creating authentic customer experiences, styling expertise, stock control and VM experience, team management skills, time management, and stakeholder communication abilities.
