About the role: We are currently seeking a motivated Compliance Trainer - Fixed Plant Traineeships to facilitate training delivery for our successful fixed plant operator traineeship in this high impact role.
Working an 8:6 roster, across all MinRes operations, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Facilitate training and assessment across Mineral Resources operations to deliver RII30420 Certificate III in Resource Processing for our fixed plant operator trainees (Mining Services division)Creation, review and input into training packages and toolsPromote and support the MinRes Training Standards and ProcessesUpload completed training documentation into training management systemsFacilitate comprehensive onboarding for trainees to ensure they are set up for successMonitor trainee progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and supportProvide guidance to operational leaders to ensure trainees receive comprehensive and well-rounded training experiencesStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve the programLead by example in the field to ensure best practices are demonstratedMaintain currency of industry skills and trainer/assessor competenciesAbout you: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 (Mandatory)Minimum 3 years' experience in the Resources, Mining & Crushing sector as a Fixed Plant OperatorAbility to deliver:RIIWHS202E - Enter and work in confined spacesMSMWHS217 - Gas test atmospheresRIIWHS204E - Work safely at heightsAdditional experience as a Process Operator will be highly regarded12 months experience in a Trainer/Assessor RoleAnd then there's the extra benefits: We look after our people because they're the ones looking after our business.
