Cross River Rail is a new 10.2 kilometre rail line from Dutton Park to Bowen Hills, which includes 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and the CBD.The RIS package is crucial to the overall delivery and success of Cross River Rail, and its integration with the Queensland Rail network. RIS will be delivered by the UNITY Alliance which brings CPB Contractors, UGL, AECOM and Jacobs together with partners HASSEL, RCS Australia, Acmena, Martinus Rail and WIRED Overhead Solutions to deliver the full scope of works over the next five years. This includes:Rail civil and electrical worksBrownfield rail surface works primarily to the north of the tunnel, including an upgrade of Exhibition Station and a major augmentation of Mayne Yard and the new Clapham yardUpgrade of six suburban stations to the southRail operational systems worksRail signalling works and communication, and integration and commission activities.Your OpportunityCPB Contractors and the Unity Alliance are currently seeking a Completions Coordinator to join our team. You will contribute to the effectiveness of the project by providing effective document and data control services, that support and enable Project handover and completions, to ensure project management records and management system documentation are integrated, accessible, timely, collected and filed.Responsibilities will include:Coordinate completion and handback activities and record collaborationCoordinate commissioning and construction turn over recordsCoordinate the submission of project and contract deliverablesProactively engage stakeholders to actively drive the completions and handover processDevelop and Deliver TrainingDevelop Work Instructions, Procedures and Training MaterialProvide guidance, support and coaching on handover requirementsLead Project Collaboration Meetings ensuring program progressionManage and update the Handover IndexesManage Handover ReportingAssist with the development, configuration and ongoing maintenance of Hexagon applicationAssist in developing processes to effectively manage Project Completions and Handover DeliverablesAssist in the configuration for TeamBinder, PlanGrid and any other application deemed necessaryConduct process audits / data analysis on the Completions, Commissioning and Construction turn-over process and deliverablesAssist in the implementation of the Handback Management PlanEnsure that all document control and handover systems are satisfactorily administeredIdentify risks / gaps to the completions and handover process and assist in solution developmentAnalyse and assess areas for improvement and take steps to implement the identified improvementsRoll out any changes using an effective Change Management approach including efficient communications and trainingMinimum requirements for this role include the following:Minimum of 2 years experience in a Systems Role or Project Information Deliverable RoleConstruction / Mining industry project experienceExcellent collaboration and coordination skillsExperience in project completions and / or handoverExperience in developing processes to meet requirements / deliver outcomesAbility to run and coordinate large collaboration meetingsExcellent verbal communications skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel & ReportingExperience managing large quantities of data / Document Control exposureExperience configuring or setting up TeamBinder, Hexagon or other Project Information Management Systems or Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) favourableChange Management / Training experience favourableCPB Contractors is an equal opportunity employer, committed to workplace diversity and to providing career opportunities at our offices and projects.
