Step into this exciting role as the Compensation & Rewards Analyst, APAC. You will manage regional and local market data, analyze survey data, and leverage regional knowledge to effectively partner with and communicate valuable reward insights and analytics to our Unit Leadership teams and HR Leads. Your expertise will be instrumental in evolving our job architecture and career pathway frameworks, supporting remuneration forecasting, and developing regional compensation guidelines aligned with global principles.

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation strategies, oversee benefits administration, and refine job evaluation methods that will shape our organisational success.Establish yourself as the subject matter expert across the APAC region, sharing insights on regional reward trends and contributing to business cases that shape and evolve our reward strategy.Partner with the Talent Lead and Unit HR Leads to ensure transparency in Gender Pay Gap reporting and conduct audits to ensure compliance.Partner with the regional People Experience team to streamline reward processes and data governance.Reporting to our Talent Lead, APAC, this opportunity will provide you with exposure across our leadership team and HR community while being supported globally through peer roles and subject matter experts from the Group Reward team.
What you can bring to the role and team: Experience in leading reward and analytics, ideally in consulting or operational roles within listed financial services companies or large complex businesses.Experience navigating complex people data environments, showcasing your strengths in analysis, data mining, reporting, and problem solving.Relevant tertiary or vocational qualifications in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Awareness of APAC remuneration and benefit trends desirable.A commitment to commercial reward solutions.Our Culture and Employee Benefits At Mott MacDonald, we value diversity and individuality.
