ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation and benefits package offeringsDevelop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentives, and retirement plansEvaluate and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, dental plans, and retirement savings plansCollaborate with HR team to ensure compensation and benefits programs are properly communicated to employeesAnalyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustments or changesProvide guidance to HR and management on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job offersStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitiveRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience working in compensation and benefits analysis or similar roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex dataKnowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsProficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
