I have an exciting vacancy for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator for a leading company in the automotive industry. This role is a temp-to-perm opportunity and you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's fleet end-to-end, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Role Purpose:
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the management of the national company fleet, including commissioning new vehicles, maintenance, compliance, and preparing vehicles for auction. Additionally, the Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and processing vendor invoices.
Key Results & Accountabilities: Support the Logistics Team Leader/Manager in managing relationships with key suppliers.Measure and report supplier performance against agreed KPIs.Supervise supplier work and ensure adherence to company standards.Establish and maintain robust relationships with suppliers.Provide regular updates and reports for management.Process insurance claims in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Job Description: The Fleet Coordinator will undertake various tasks including, but not limited to:
Ordering and allocating replacement vehicles as per business requirements.Managing infringement notices and tolls.Reporting and repairing vehicle damage.Ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with regulations.Managing the on-sale process of retired vehicles.Providing business intelligence reports and summaries.Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.Proven sales ability and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.Analytical interpretation and problem-solving skills.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
