Job Description Join our client, a prominent player in the aluminum industry situated in Eastern Creek, as they search for a seasoned Team Leader to oversee the afternoon shift from 4pm to midnight, Monday to Friday.


In this pivotal role, you'll be tasked with ensuring the efficient fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence. Leading a team of 40+, you'll play a key role in fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Assisting with all facets of daily warehouse operations to meet customer orders promptly and accurately, adhering to quality benchmarks and safety protocols.

Requirements Certification in Warehousing Operations (Cert III or equivalent). Completion of Leadership/Cert IV Warehousing Operations training. Competency in Microsoft Office suite and related software. Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with handheld scanners and scheduling systems. Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft D365 is advantageous. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and troubleshoot effectively. Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations. Keen attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent working environment.
