We are looking for new Companion Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about life and helping people! You must be able to provide caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service in Aged Care and Disability Support. Our priority is to help our clients living empowered and independently at home and also improving their social lives, making them feel like they belong and are part of society.

A BIT MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:You will be a valued team member helping to provide services to support clients' individual needs in both their home and communityAll of our clients are based in the Sutherland ShireShifts available at all times giving you the opportunity to create your own hoursPaid hours (casual) + Kilometers + Super - Attractive hourly rates for the right candidate!You MUST have a current driver's license and preferably own car to drive clients aroundYou MUST be fully vaccinated for Covid-19All visas accepted, students are welcome to apply!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:Transport to appointments and shopping etc.This role will report to the Care Manager at Right at Home Sydney Sutherland Shire
QualificationsESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Australian National Police Check;Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate;Valid Australian Drivers License and own car;Reliable Smart Mobile PhonePreferred SkillsA successful candidate will have the following:Ability to provide personal and domestic care with joy and kindness - Empathy is the key!A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people;Good written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team;Able to work autonomously and as part of a team;High level of time management and organizational ability;Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.
