Community Team Lead

with strong experience in leading communities and partners. This is an important role within our operations team with many growth opportunities.Responsibilities Include:Lead and assist our community partners.Give all necessary direction to customer service to ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on time and in the best way possible to give them satisfactionSet KPIs for categories and track KPIs and provide feedback to team members whenever necessary.Monitor dates, bookings and availability of partners.Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance partner efficiencyUnderstand Classpop's services and provide solutions to partner inquiries relating to our platform in a timely mannerProvide support to partners and respond to inquiries through multiple channels including phone, chat and email, in line with company standards for communicationAssist our community of hosts with any questions or requests pertaining to our platform, upcoming experiences, tools and communicationMinimum of 4 years of experience managing community partnersAbility to perform data driven analysis in Excel with minimal guidanceProficient in setting and maintaining KPIsProfessional with excellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the positionAbility to be resourceful and responsiveAbility to work efficiently and distraction free in a home office environmentProficient in Google Suite and ExcelExperience working with a CRMDetail orientedHours

:
