Key Responsibilities: Coordinate rosters for our aged care customers across our service regions to ensure cost-effective and timely allocation of shifts in line with the relevant agreement.Liaise with customers and employees on a regular basis with a strong focus on problem-solving and analytical thinking.Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where attention to detail is imperative for success.Utilize rostering software (Procura and Alayacare), Microsoft Suite, and other in-house systems.Ensure consumer services are scheduled in a timely manner, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient use of resources and in accordance with our customers' needs.Provide timely notification to customers regarding alterations to schedules and complete required documentation in our client management system.Work closely with other stakeholders to effectively manage annual/sick/other leave to ensure customers are not impacted.Ensure rostering aligns with the relevant Industrial Instrument.Achieve results in a skilled, diverse, and engaged manner that positively responds to change and deadlines.Proactively investigate issues and work collaboratively to provide effective solutions.About You: Experience in rostering/scheduling/workforce planning or a strong administrative background with a love for puzzles and scheduling.A passion for exceptional customer service, along with a friendly and confident phone manner.Strong attention to detail.Experience using Procura/Alyacare rostering will be highly regarded.The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment and a willingness to learn.Ability to build and maintain trust and confidence of stakeholders through building rapport, consistent performance, and delivering on services.A high level of computer literacy.A demonstrated genuine commitment to helping older ageing people retain their independence to remain at home in the community.Highly developed analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.Applications close Wednesday November 14th, 2024.
