The Role The Community Impact Project Officer supports the implementation of CHL's Community Impact Strategy.
The role is primarily responsible for the administration and coordination of projects relating to the CHL Impact Strategy, focusing on Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Standards and measuring our social impact.
This role is a full-time fixed term role until September 2025.

You will: Coordinate the rollout and initial reporting of the CHL Impact Strategy Provide base-line data for ESG Reporting Support the Community Impact team to measure social impact and report social value.
Manage systems relating to the ESG reporting and social impact.
Establish and maintain effective partnerships with government agencies, community organisations, research bodies and private sector businesses Support effective communication with colleagues across CHL about community impact initiatives and outcomes.
Participate collaboratively in CHL's community impact network Provide additional appropriate support to the wider team and organisation The qualities we are looking for: Two years' experience in a similar role High skill level in administration and coordination Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing and a sense of belonging Current Driver's Licence Satisfactory Police and Working With Children's Checks As an equal opportunity employer, CHL works closely with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
